Daily Training Logs: What Information Do We Like to Keep Track of?
At a minimum, we like the older kids to keep track of the following training information on a daily basis:

Date
-
Time of day
-
Minutes run
-
Distance (at least approximate)
-
Environment (weather, terrain, etc.)
-
Perceived effort

Other things that are useful to track:

Rest (hours of sleep, etc.)
-
Stress levels
