Daily Training Logs: What Information Do We Like to Keep Track of?

At a minimum, we like the older kids to keep track of the following training information on a daily basis:

  • Date

  • Time of day

  • Minutes run

  • Distance (at least approximate)

  • Environment (weather, terrain, etc.)

  • Perceived effort

Other things that are useful to track:

  • Rest (hours of sleep, etc.)

  • Stress levels
